RKL Heating & Cooling Inc.

RKL Heating & Cooling Inc. runs as a local HVAC outfit based in Benton, AR. They have handled air conditioning and heating work for homes and businesses around the area since 2008. The company concentrates on the trade of keeping indoor temperatures steady through hot summers and cooler winters common to central Arkansas. Their background centers on straightforward service calls and equipment swaps rather than anything flashy. Benton residents deal with high humidity that puts extra strain on cooling systems, and the crew at RKL has stayed active in that environment for more than fifteen years without shifting focus away from the core HVAC tasks.

They take on air conditioning service visits when units stop blowing cold air, heating contractor repairs during sudden cold snaps, and full AC installation jobs for new construction or replacements after old systems fail. In practice this means diagnosing compressor issues, flushing lines, swapping out thermostats, and setting up ductwork connections that match the house layout. Homeowners in Benton often call during peak summer months when the heat pushes equipment past its limit, or in spring when pollen clogs filters and reduces airflow. The work stays hands-on with technicians checking refrigerant levels, tightening electrical connections, and testing airflow to make sure the system holds up once they leave the job site.

Customers in the area keep coming back because the crews show up on time, finish the repairs without adding extra charges, and explain what went wrong in plain terms. Speed on emergency calls, solid quality on the fixes themselves, fair pricing that matches the scope of work, and clear communication about next steps all add up to steady results in a trade where weather can create urgent problems overnight. “Robert and his team are absolutely wonderful! My daughter, who is a single mom and home-owner, recently had an issue with her a/c. She lives in Sherwood. We wanted someone we could trust, who we knew would not charge us for more than what needed to be done. Robert's team came out and fixed the problem immediately. The pricing was VERY reasonable, and they had it all completed within the hour, and now, her a/c is working! Robert's staff were so kind and very helpful. If you need a dependable team, call RKL Heating & Cooling, Inc.! You won't be sorry!”

“Very disappointed in this company. Reasonable price, I guess? Quick turn around to get the job done. However, HORRIBLE communication and understanding from their side. Robert and the office staff both. Incredibly rude when I called the office. Although the job was done well and in decent time I will not be using them again.”

“Very pleased with how quick they were able to come out and fix my air conditioner. Super friendly and explained what he was doing. Will be calling them from now on! Great experience.”

“Working with Robert and his crew was an all-around A+ experience. He came in to Little Rock all the way from Benton to do a quote on the job (even though there is a standard cost for mini split installation). His cost was lower and his work was better. We put a metal building/garage behind our house to make more room for ourselves. The rear of the building is 3 feet from a wooden fence, and Robert was the only quoter who mentioned mounting the compressor on a bracket over the fence line so it would get proper airflow. This took 4 workers at one point to hoist the unit onto the bracket. They did all this without adding to the overall cost. It was an honor working with them. They did great. Cheers”

“Excellant service, Brook came early & got me all fixed up. Will use this company again. Honest & dependable.”

“I accidentally cut the power line to my outside unit. RKL sent a great tech (I forgot to get his name) who quickly got us cooling once again.”

“Great customer service! I called on a Saturday afternoon. Karla called me back within 10 minutes. She was so nice. Charles came out about 2 hours later, and diagnosed the problem with my a/c immediately. Mind you, it was 100 degrees outside, and even hotter in my attic. Bless his heart! He didn't have the part I needed (blower motor), but thought he might be able to get one from a co worker. He called me back in about 30 minutes, came over again in 15 minutes, and had it installed in less than 30 minutes. In my opinion, that was above & beyond the call of duty! The forecast for this weekend was sweltering, and he did what he could to get our a/c fixed. THANK YOU!!! I definitely recommend using this family owned, local company. I would rather use them than the bigger companies. I a”

“I chose RKL because of then being family owned how long they've been in business and that they were willing to do after hours calls.Even though I didn't need an after hour call it was nice to know that I wouldn't be bothering someone when I called them over the weekend. Our technician was fantastic stellar I would say. He was punctual. The work was great. He explained everything he did in detail . I could not ask for a better technician. He had our problem fixed within minutes. I would recommend RKL to anybody.Who needs any hidden air work done on their home.”

“Making my appointment was super fast and easy. The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They showed up on time and diagnosed my problem and gave me options to resolve it. I ended up getting a brand new American Standard/Trane 16 SEER unit and am very pleased with it as well as the price. The coordination of this company is spot on. If you need any HVAC work, give RKL a call, they will not let you down.”

“We have used RKL Heating and Air Conditioning for a few years now and we are extremely happy with the service and the way they do business. We just had to have our AC replaced and they gave us fantastic equipment and the crew was very professional and did a wonderful job. We cannot recommend RKL highly enough.”
