CB

CB operates as a local HVAC provider right in Bentonville, Texas. They bring years of hands-on work fixing and installing heating and cooling systems for homes in the area. Homeowners around here deal with extreme heat in the summer months and occasional cold snaps in winter, so having a reliable crew that knows the local conditions makes a difference. The company handles everything from routine checkups to full system replacements, focusing on getting things running right without unnecessary delays. Their trucks cover the neighborhoods daily, responding to calls about units that quit during peak heat or systems that struggle when temperatures swing.

They handle AC repairs when units fail during the hottest days, furnace tune-ups before winter hits, and new installations for houses that need better efficiency. Technicians show up with the tools to diagnose problems like refrigerant leaks or blower motor issues on the spot. Work starts with a clear explanation of what's wrong and what it will take to fix it, then they get to it. Homeowners in Bentonville often call for help with systems that can't keep up with the humidity or sudden temperature drops, and this crew works to sort those out quickly so families aren't left uncomfortable. Duct cleaning and thermostat replacements come up often too, along with helping older homes upgrade to units that handle the local weather swings without constant breakdowns.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up over time and the crew shows up when promised. Folks mention fair pricing without surprise costs and clear talk about options before any job starts. Speed matters when the heat is on, and quality shows in systems that run steady after the visit. Communication stays straightforward from the first call through completion. DIRT Score 4.77 from 211 reviews on Finds.

“Amazing service! It was so easy to schedule online. Chris showed up on time without issue and was very quick to fix our problem.”

“There was excellent communication with Chris, who worked us in quickly, and let us know when he was on his way. The job turned out to be a little more than expected, but he stayed with it until he found the problem, and replaced the part quickly and for a fair price. I will definitely call CB Plumbing for any future issues !”

“Chris and his team are very reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him and his services.”

“We have had multiple plumber issues since relocating to Northwest Arkansas. Finding Chris with CB plumbing has been a life saver. They are without a doubt the only plumbing company I will ever let work on my home or my loved ones homes. Not only are they quick and efficient but they are so experienced and careful, and MAKE sure everything is done perfectly, and up to code, so you’ll never have to worry about the disaster that water or plumbing issues can cause for your home. They are very reasonably priced, and upfront and honest about everything! There was no surprise costs or extra anything and everything was done correctly the first time, including fixing issues the prior installations/ plumbers had created. I will forever recommend them!”

“Chris just finished the remodeling of my master bath. To say I am pleased with the work is an understatement. He was very helpful in suggesting different faucet options to upgrade my shower. The work was done quickly and very professionally at a fair price. He quoted me prices and did not add in hidden charges. I would reccomend this company for all your bathroom remodels and plumbing. I will be having them do some work on my other bathroom soon.”

“Highly recommend CB Plumbing. Came home and saw water pooling up on my garage floor. I immediately knew it was leaking from my water heater and thought the worst. I opened the storage door and sure enough the water heater was leaking. I made a call to CB Plumbing and Chris said he would come check it out asap. He was here within an hour and was very personable right from the start. He was able to very quickly diagnose and find the issue. He didn’t try to sell a whole replacement which was unnecessary or blow smoke about anything not needed. He quickly pointed out where the leak was coming from and stated that as long as it’s nothing more we should have you back in business in no time. He got me a reasonable quote on the spot and had it taken care of in less than an hour. I can no”

“Chris was fantastic and found a way to get us worked into his schedule.”

“I like this company! I’ve used them for two separate issues. They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and have great customer service! I highly recommend them!”
