Comfort Living Heating & A/C, Llc

Comfort Living Heating & A/C, Llc works out of Bentonville, TX as a local HVAC outfit that handles heating and cooling for homes in the area. They take on full projects from the ground up, including putting in new systems and keeping older ones in shape through the seasons. The crew deals with whatever the Texas climate throws at residential setups, whether that means getting a unit ready before summer hits hard or sorting out winter heat when temperatures drop. Their approach stays straightforward, focusing on reliable equipment that fits the house without extra complications.

In Bentonville the summers run hot and long, so homeowners often call for air conditioning repairs when units struggle under the load or when ducts leak and drive up bills. Comfort Living covers installation of complete heating and cooling setups, custom design work to match odd house layouts for better efficiency and lower costs, plus regular maintenance visits that catch small problems before they turn into big ones. Technicians check filters, test thermostats, clean coils, and adjust airflow to keep everything balanced. They show up with the right tools for the job and work through the details on site rather than pushing one-size-fits-all fixes that leave rooms uneven.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up over time, the pricing stays clear from the start, and the crew explains options without dragging things out. Speed shows in how quickly they respond to calls during peak heat, while quality comes through in systems that run steady without constant callbacks. Communication stays direct so homeowners know what needs doing and what it will cost. DIRT Score 4.46 from 40 reviews on Finds.

“I highly recommend Comfort Living heating and Air! The day I called with a problem they we're at my house checking my AC unit. I did end up needing a whole new unit which they ordered very promptly for me. Casey and his team came to install it and were so professional, polite, fast and efficient. If I ever need them in the future I won't hesitate to call them back.”

“Great company and highly recommend! Phenomenal service and they were out in less than 24 hours. We had a non-functioning air conditioning unit and Wes quickly found the issue as a sensor that had been bumped near the furnace. The bill was completely fair. Wes even called from his previous job noting that he was done a little early but completely happy to wait if needed until our original time window (with a broken A/C, I was more than happy to have him our sooner!). we will use Comfort Living again!”

“Awesome experience with Comfort living. Built new house and used many other hvac companies in past and comfort hands down is the best. Casey and his dad know the business well. High IQ when it comes to all hvac services always. And if they install something and it needs to be fixed they take care of it !!!”

“We woke up the other morning without heat on our main level. We reached out to Casey and he came out on New Years Eve to take a look and diagnose the issue. When you are in need of fast and reliable service give Comfort Living Heating & A/C a call, you won't regret it!”

“Rodney and Wes helped us get our unit through the summer last year so that we would have several months to save for a new unit this summer. These guys are honest, competitive with their pricing, and do very high quality work. Casey took the time to show us how to use the new thermostat and sensors, then helped us get the App set up on our phones. He was thorough, took his time and answered all of our questions. We have a 16 year old son who is autistic, and he was a bit unsettled with all the noise and strangers in the home. All of the men were kind and understanding, and genuinely seemed to try and disturb his environment as little as possible. I cannot recommend these guys more highly. We will only use them for any Heating and A/C needs.”

“The Comfort Living Heating & A/C team worked extremely hard to find the root cause to what proved to be a relatively uncommon issue. They worked around my schedule to ensure it was resolved quickly with great attention to detail. I wouldn’t trust my home A/C and heating needs to anyone else!!”
