He took acceptable amount of time to explain and give opinions. Also, provide maintenance recommendations along with products that would prolong the life of our unit. He came out that night and charged the system to get me through the evening. The following day he came and found the leak in my outside unit. He gave me several options for how to move forward with repairs or replacement. Ultimately we decided replacement was our best bet because my existing system had no heat pump. The next day he and his guys installed the system and did a fantastic job on the install. The customer service was spectacular. They even brought my trash can back from the curb.
