Our technician, Quentin, was extremely professional and took the time to explain three different options to help us understand the best way to get our heater running efficiently again. “Happy with services received! Initially had an estimate done, nice that it included an inspection of all plumbing - appreciated Kyle the Technician's knowledge and recommendations, and education! Scheduled services - previous owners never had furnace serviced, afterwards we could tell cleaning and adjustments Kyle suggested made it run so much better!! Also had water heater flushed and cleaned, including replacing a plumbing pipe connection that had stuck. Very thorough and conscientious about the work. I also like their text system too so you know when to expect them. Cost was reasonable, we would recommend and will call them in the future!”
