“Needed help repairing a malfunctioning outdoor faucet and have used Gartman before with terrific results. Not only were they able to send a technician, Billy, out the same day, but he arrived within 30 minutes ! (And I live way out of town, in the country) Billy was extremely professional, direct and to the point, no lallygagging around. Perfect service, and even looked into some other issues I had with my sink drain. Very knowledgeable, thorough and informative. Highly recommend Gartman for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs.”

“These guys failed to diagnose the issue with my home AC unit not cooling my home during their first two visits. They came three times for the same issue in few days period. Told me that they found the problem and fixed it and filled expensive coolant during first two visits. Third time they said the system needed to be replaced and not repairable. They could have diagnosed and told me that during the first visit itself, that way I could have saved more than a thousand $ that I wasted for their labor ($175/hr) and expensive coolant refills during the first two visits. Not Good!!”
