“We suffered extreme damage to our shop doors , 6 roofs and 4 steel fences on two properties. We called them after being urged by a friend who was also one of their employees for all our metal needs which are extensive . We are neighbors to the bull dog steel that's not a mile from our property. A gentleman came , left his truck door hanging open and viechal running . He took some 'eyeball' measurements. He wrote nothing down not measurements not our needs nor was he helpful with our enquiries . We had a great deal that needed replaced .He was rather dismissive and seemed he had other things hed rather be doing. We called them several times and went twice in person seeking our estimates hed promised to deliver and asked for another representative to come take actual measurements. We were told they were on it .They never showed up . After many enquiries within the 3 next weeks we went with another company as Bulldog Steel didnt seem to have time for us . We ended up having 6 metal roofs , and almost 4000 ft of 7 ft fenceline , 3 shop doors and 3 drive through gates replaced by one of their competitors out of a neighboring community (that's a great deal of metal and accessories) .who delivered promptly & also met our metal needs on another of our properties about to the same extent. We were disappointed in their customer service, their home visit and their representatives. Hopefully they have sence improved. They were a young business at the time .”
