“Best service options I’ve found in the Valley. When I needed them immediately (today) they were here in 90 minutes. When I’ve needed routine maintenance they save me money by scheduling something convenient. It’s not the cheapest option (that’s called “duct tape” or “flex seal”), but you get what you pay for and more. That’s the hallmark of a good deal to me. Today I had a leak I needed fixed before we leave on vacation: not only did they take care of that but I also got a call to remind me to shut off my ice maker so it doesn’t freeze as I’m shutting down the water supply while we’re gone. That’s the sort of service you get - understanding your actual issues rather than just what you said. Also: Dan today was specifically excellent. Want to call him out by name.”

“Angel, our technician today was punctual, friendly, and very thorough. He came to do the biannual inspection/maintenance of our air conditioning system. He left with maintenance suggestions, with no pressure. When you are in the biannual maintenance program you receive a small discount on services. We just wish it wasn’t so costly. You get various estimates from all kinds of HVAC companies which causes angst. The technicians from Empire are good guys, it’s just the process as your air conditioner ages, things don’t last like they used to. And that’s disappointing.”

We're able to get the part and come back same day, and get me up and running. Very very professional. Did not try to charge me for things.I did not need. They're absolutely my go to now!”

“Very professional experience. Immediate and effective responses to my concerns. The HVAC checkup was especially effective. And the drain fix took care of the problem which could have gotten much worse. The cost for recharging the HVAC with new coolant was on the higher side for this area, but still reasonable. I think it is worth paying more for excellent service. One note: We did not appreciate the upsell on an expensive gallon container of preventative care sold “only by plumbers” which I found elsewhere for a third of the price. So check the cost before you buy.”

“I thought it was just gonna be 129.99 for the estimate to check where the gas leak was then if I decided to go with the company I would pay the difference. It ended up being $499.99. Now I have a hole in the back of my stove and no gas. I’ll have to see if my home warranty takes care of that.however overall the technician was nice. Update: I ended up using empire to finish the job to avoid paying for another $500.00 to do what the original technician did. I have to say he was very professional, friendly and did the work quickly. After this experience I would recommend the company. I changed my rating to a 5 star.”
