“They advertise 24 hour emergency service. We had a A/C go out on a renter of ours and it was like 100 degrees out. I called 4 times and never even got a courtesy call back telling me they wouldn't make it even tho I requested that info each time I called. I finally called the next morning to the office. No apology for not returning my call just a can't help you we are booked. Very rude. Wouldn't call them again if they were the only repair service left on this side of the world. Not a professional, responsible company to deal with during an emergency, so don't waste your time and effort calling them.”
