AG Performance Heating & Air

AG Performance Heating & Air runs HVAC work from Boerne, Texas. Alan leads the crew that handles installs, service calls, maintenance, zoning, indoor air quality work, ducting, ductless setups, and mini splits. The company keeps a shop at 135 Old San Antonio Road and stays open from eight in the morning until ten at night every day. Reviews show the team covers the San Antonio area and reaches spots like Canyon Lake when calls come in.

Alan handled several no-cool problems on the hottest days by getting out the same day and finding the real issue instead of calling for a full replacement. In one case he fixed a unit that another shop wanted to scrap. Other jobs involved pulling mismatched old equipment, bad ducts that leaked, and worn electrical lines, then redesigning and installing a new matched system that runs quiet. Customers also called him for new system installs on tight budgets, and he kept costs down without adding upgrades that were not needed. Maintenance and repair work shows up often too, with the crew getting units running again fast.

The team answers calls quickly, keeps homeowners updated while the work happens, and sticks to fair prices that reviewers call reasonable and affordable. Alan shows up on time, explains options straight, and works with what the customer can spend. One review notes a one-year labor warranty and ten years on equipment after a replacement. Service reaches San Antonio and nearby areas like Canyon Lake based on where the jobs took place.

“Alan was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. The first opinion we got said we needed to replace our unit. Alan discovered that was not the case. He kept us in the loop about what he was doing/needed to be done. He got us up and cooling off quickly. So grateful for his expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Alan and his company.”

“The A/C in our newly purchased home stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Alan came out, later the same day, to diagnose the issue. Due to the age of the unit, we opted to replace the system. Alan and team had us up and cooling ASAP. The team at AG Performance Heating & Air are responsive, trustworthy, professional, competent, and kind. We won't use anyone else for our HVAC needs.”

“Alan was fast, courteous and was willing to work with me to keep the cost down as we were on a tight budget. He didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of upgrades that weren't necessary like the larger A/C companies will do. He did a great job and I will be using him again in the future!”

“We desperately needed a new system. Previous owner tried to piece meal the units and they didn't match up and wasn't work very well either. We had AG PERFORMANCE diagnostic the problem. He found many problems. He remove all the old equipment, ducts ( falling apart & leaking) electrical & supply lines. After it all was redesigned, installed and running again, it was like day & night. His experience paid off for us. This system is so quiet we don't even know its running. Thanks AG PERFORMANCE for a great job. Dennis and Joann Owen of Canyon Lake, Tx.”
