“They have updated our guest house and main home. All the team are very nice and professional. They're all good people and have done great work for us. Jaime and Bryan installed our new AC and that is hard work and they stayed positive and were easygoing about the whole process though we knew how hard it was to get up in the attic with the Texas heat. Highly recommend Comfort Boys team as they are all respectful, professional, courteous and honest and good people.”

“We had Comfort Boys install our HVAC System when we built our house in 2023. We recently had an issue with the AC unit and a part was allegedly ordered 6/23/26. It’s now 7/3/26 we have yet to have any communication with them about the part that was supposed to be ordered l. It should have arrived and been replaced by now. DO NOT use them they don’t answer calls, texts anymore. BBB will be getting a call next week”

“Comfort boys came out to replace my air handler in January 2024 in my attic and did a real bad job sealing my unit....called to complaint several times during this ordeal.i had a lot of dust and insulation coming in to my house. They sent 2 technicians within 4 month and they could not find any problems according to them..3rd technician came on June 2024 the 6 th month and I decided to go up to the attic with him he could not find the problem.until I the owner of the house found the problem.WOW they left a duct wide open faced down blowing air in my attic for 6 month.what kind of technician s are they hiring.i the owner also found a big cap opening in my air handler filter that wasn't properly sealed and yet they didn't rush to fix this mess they created.i will be sending pictures for all to see.i felt discriminated and really pissed off. Now my ducts are full of insulation. And dust. No other air conditioning company will back me up . Even with pictures.still trying to pursue legal actions.here are some of the pictures......”
