“I have used Gerald's Appliance & Plumbing over many years. First we worked with Gerald, the founder & owner and then his son Danny. My best description would be Excellent knowledge, good customer service and great job repairing my Kitchen Aid Ice Maker, Freezer, Whirlpool Washer, etc. in the last few years, we have worked with Danny who is the owner. Danny really cares about his customers and will take his best to help them. When something breaks, I call Danny. Everyone these days are busy but he is worth the wait because I know he will get it done right which is important. Very happy customer.”

“I have been very pleased with every service I have had done in my home over the past 4 years. Danny Greer does his best to accommodate whatever need there is in as timely of a manner as possible. T his business came to our rescue when our hot water heater went up, They came same day & had it all installed by day's end! Have had refrigerator, microwave repairs. Garbage disposal installation went smoothly. Any plumbing issues we have had has been addressed promptly. Danny does his best to get to emergency asap & somehow makes time during his day. He cleans every thing up. He is thorough, & conscientious. You will not regret using services from this business. Danny has the experience to address any plumbing needs.”

“Don't really know what happened to Geralds Appliance. Talked with Danny the week of Thanks Giving, given the Holiday and long weekend I understood why he could not come till Monday the following week. I have had a bucket in my freezer for a week catching the water leaking from somewhere on top. Built in unit with no know water shutoff. Danny said he would let me know what time Monday he would be here. Its' Tuesday evening not one word. two calls and two text's sent nothing. Way to leave a customer hanging. Don't worry I will NOT request your service again.”

“If I could give it a 0, I would. He came and diagnosed the problems and was supposed to order the parts. We had 2 no show appointments to install and fix after the first appointment. I took 2 days off to be here for the appointments. The first day I waited from 2-5. At 5:15 I called Gerald's appliance and Gerald himself had the audacity to complain to me about not being able to find reliable help. He said he could not find people who would pass a drug test!? Gerald did not bother to even call me about not showing. I was told his repairperson would meet me the next day between 12;30-1;30. No show. No call. I finally reached someone at 1;45 and was given the same excuse. Finally the repairman came on the 3rd day, WITHOUT THE PARTS!!!!! I have a hard time believing this is the recommended Whirlpool repair center. This was the last straw!! I will be looking for a reputable repair center....Not Professional!!!!”
