“I ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot. I called Itz eElectric to help install an electric outlet. Not only did they put in an outlet the same day I called, they also installed the dishwasher. Outstanding work and thank you!”

“Similar experience as other reviewers with regard to refusing to quote job and undisclosed labor rate. Additionally, the woman answering the phone was rude and talked down to me. Her entire demeanor was as if I was bothering her with my electrical needs and I should be happy that she and her team would entertain doing the work. A real put off. I called 2 other competitors, both of which said no problem to quoting and disclosed their labor rate. I picked one, and the company came out, quoted the job. I hired them, and they are scheduled to finish the work within a week. $900.”

“Disappointing. I called to get an estimate, was told they charge by the hour..ok.. sure..I ask for a rate and it's apparently a secret.. wow really? How are you in busines this long better yet why is anyone tolerating this ridiculous policy? I called a competitor, Hill Country, with the red trucks, got a free estimate, fixed the issue on the spot and was offered a payment plan. Now that's service I'll be loyal to. Heading to their google profile to give them the stars they deserve!”

“Poor phone service. Called twice trying to get information on proper wire sizing and pricing. Basically wanted to confirm my own research and then buy wire and conduit from them. Got no help at all. Just a ridiculous generic quote for them to do the work. Called an electric company in San Antonio. Got much better help with plenty of information and pricing. I will do business with them.”
