“Jesse and his team has been awesome! His work was awesome and he was so accommodating! He was very efficient, communicated well and was available anytime I called! I would recommend him for any plumbing job!! He crawled underneath my already low home and did an incredible job! Estimated the job to take 2 and a half days and got it in finished in 1 and a half!”

“The prices are extremely outrageous. It’s $125 for them to come out and even look at it which is nonrefundable apparently. The technician Jesse was very friendly and helpful, but the prices are so far out of reach. I was quoted $675 to hook up drain lines and water lines for a kitchen sink. When I talk to Alan, who is one of the service managers, he stated that that was a good deal and a more normal pricing would’ve been close to a thousand dollars, but the technician was cutting me a really good deal on the quote. Well I understand I agreed to $125 service call. I would never have imagined the total price for the work would’ve been so much. If I would have known how much the entire price would’ve cost, I would never have agreed to the $125 service call. This is why I ask for a quote over the phone to try to get a ballpark idea before they came out there.”
