About

Sorenson Enterprises, LLC runs HVAC operations from Bowie County, Texas. The area deals with long hot summers and sudden cold snaps that push home systems hard. Crews focus on keeping air conditioners and heaters running through the humidity and temperature swings that hit local houses every year. Homeowners in Bowie County often face units that struggle during peak heat or fail when the weather flips fast. The company sends technicians out for these routine demands without extra layers or delays.

Luis Reyes handles many of the tough calls and gets praised for sorting out units that freeze up or show black screens on controls within seconds of starting. One customer noted weak airflow problems that left rooms uncomfortable and gave him high marks for getting the system back to full strength despite a packed schedule. Jobs include fixing no shows on scheduled installs by confirming details upfront and addressing line issues that cut off power or cooling. Reviews mention quick responses to thermostat glitches and airflow blocks that technicians clear on the spot to restore steady operation.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under daily use and crews show up ready with the right parts. Speed stands out when repairs finish the same day instead of dragging out, while quality shows in fewer callbacks after fixes on freezing or display problems. Price gets mentioned as fair for the results delivered without added markups. Communication stays clear from the first call through completion. DIRT Score 4.66 from 64 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

I inquired about getting a phone for my mom who is 86 and cannot hear that well . The salesperson said an installer would be out today at noon . They never showed . When I called to see what was going on, I was told that installers never come to a client's house . That was the first line. His next statement was let me find out where the installer is at . Line number two . I talked to the installer who said we never come to a client's house . We are to give them our phone information and they will configure our phone and then affect it to us . This was another lie then we were told up front there were no costs but all of a sudden to configure the phone there was a small fee . You could tell the installer was reading from a script . This is sad to think they are trying to scam the elderly it was just trying to be able to you a phone I'm sorry for my typos it will not let me go back to correct them . They also said that the installer stated we came by but nobody was home . So first they come by, second they don't come by, 3 the hidden fees. I asked them if they don't come to a client's house why did the rep say let me see where he's at, he will have the phones with him, and that he will be there at noon, . I said I was not interested and hung up company that handles caption call is company called s o r e n s o n .

I recently found out that not all interpreters are certified. It varies depending on state. However, we are well within our rights to request for someone who is certified on specific calls. That information does not have to be disclosed either. A few times I called, I asked if they were certified, they gave me puzzled and judgmental looks. One even said she did not have to answer that. Know your rights. They need to teach all their workers that if Deaf call and request for a certified interpreter, they should have a right to someone certified and not be judged according to their preference. The employees shouldn't even question it at all. "I need a certified interpreter for this call." Boom. They should find one that is certified or tell you if they are immediately, no questions asked.

Number 1664922 has shown her skills fantastic, phenomenally well done. Her signing is incredible. High five to this person
