“09 July I had a fan blower motor replaced and the technician left without giving me a receipt. The problem with the cooling fan is little or no air is coming from the vent and I have sent several messages on this issue and no one responds. I paid $350 cash (no receipt/invoice) for beat up looking fan blower and practically no air from the vents. The technician called Monday 03 Aug and stated they replaced it with the same 1/3 hp motor regardless no air is blowing. Technician is trying to blame the ducting but no problem with the ducting. The blower before was great and you could feel the air several feet away. No one will come to replace the fan motor or check the wring; I had to buy a portable AC to keep the temps from 88 to 82 degrees. I had asked 3 times for a quite on a new unit and never received one. I was told the company doesn’t do duct work and only accepts cash. They reused a credit/debit card. My next step is to contact Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and other agencies since I cant get any service.”
