Cool Aire Systems Inc

Cool Aire Systems Inc is based in Brentwood, Texas and takes on HVAC jobs for homes in the region. The focus stays on air conditioning and heating repairs plus setups that deal with the local weather patterns. Texas summers run hot and long so systems get heavy use from May through October with high humidity adding extra strain on coils and fans. Residents often need help when units stop blowing cold air or when filters clog from the pollen that blows in from surrounding fields. They handle calls for both new installations and older system updates that keep things efficient without wasting energy on oversized equipment.

Technicians handle service calls to swap out failed compressors after years of round the clock operation or top off refrigerant when small leaks leave vents pushing warm air instead of cool. Routine visits cover coil cleaning and connection checks to head off failures right when temperatures peak. Brentwood houses often have duct leaks that create hot and cold spots so crews seal those during visits along with swapping thermostats that give wrong readings on the actual room conditions. They also manage full system replacements when older units can no longer keep up with the demands of local humidity and dust levels that shorten equipment life.

Homeowners mention quick arrivals on days when the heat becomes unbearable and repairs that hold steady once the work finishes. Pricing comes across as fair next to larger companies with no surprise charges added once the job begins. Explanations stay plain about the actual issue and the time required to complete it so people know what to expect. DIRT Score 4.98 from 732 reviews on Finds.

“We have been using Elite Comfort Systems for a while now for routine maintenance, and tune ups. We finally decided it was time to replace our very old unit. Ozzy and Anthony were our HVAC technicians, and they were great! They were very polite and friendly. But on top of that, they did excellent work. They showed up on time, did quality work, and made sure to leave the space better than they found it. Shout out to them. If you need a new HVAC system, go with Elite.”

“The installation of our HVAC system and all new ductwork was flawless. Osvaldo and Anthony are excellent workers. They were courteous, efficient, tidy, and on schedule with their time commitment. The system functions very well and keeps our home comfortable.”

“LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR HVAC REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE NEEDS! For the past five years, Elite Comfort Systems has provided me with fabulous service-- from their customer support to the technicians. Alex Hernandez is a fantastic technician that has serviced our system multiple times. He's friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. He takes the time to explain the status of our system, any issues that come up, and what the fix is. I'm very happy with and appreciate the terrific service Alex and Elite Comfort Systems always provides!”

“I hired Elite Comfort Systems to replace my old furnace and AC unit with a new heat pump system. Alex was great about explaining the details of the heat pump system in an effort to help me get confidence transitioning to a heat pump system for my home. The installers, Osvaldo, and Anthony did high quality work with the installation of the equipment, and they were very friendly. The new heat pump system runs great! I am very happy I decided to go with Elite Comfort Systems, rather than other companies that provided me quotes to install similar equipment. These folks were great, and I now have a go to company to serve my HVAC needs!!”

“This team truly lives up to their name - Elite. Since moving to Brentwood, we’ve had several issues with our old heating/ac units and the Elite team was there to help combat the heat or cold. Each time the team came by, everyone was incredibly professional, polite and informative, they always gave me options on how to proceed, which gave me the confidence that I wasn’t just being sold on something. Eventually we had to replace the unit (20+ years old) and partnered with Elite for the new equipment as well. The process was quick, simple to control and has helped out the energy bill a bit since installing the new equipment. Today was the 6month maintenance check up. The team arrived on time, again, incredibly professional and polite. The first thing they did was ask about how the new equipment has been treating us and if we had any questions or concerns. The checkup was over quickly and we’re happy with the results. The Elite team will always be our go to choice, you can expect professional, kind and helpful team members, fair pricing and even some laughs. Truly lives up to their name.”
