“A special thank you to Joel for going above and beyond to help. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in preparing and providing the right materials for the job. Unfortunately the woman answering the phone wasn’t nearly as pleasant or helpful on both occasions my daughter called. It is for that reason I couldn’t leave 5 stars. Being a small town hardware store can I’m sure be difficult when having to compete with the local big box stores. I prefer to support the small store and will continue to do so. But hope all the staff would consider the importance of customer service.”
