“I called Baskins on Monday evening for my moms unit that had gone crazy and just quit (in July, no less). My mom is 88 years old and not one that likes change. Baskins was at her house that evening and came back the next day to make sure the assessment from the previous day was correct. Needless to say, she needs another unit and they delivered. They are ordering the unit and taking care of my mother’s house. Baskins has come through for my family in the biggest way not once but twice (so far). I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and knowledgeable about their business and I appreciate them for just being REAL!”
