They ordered a new one around 8:30am on Wednesday (19th) morning and the next morning (20th) I received a text the equipment was in already!! Tyler Rennels showed up and started working up in the attic immediately to get the old unit out and down. Markeese Williams showed up to assist Tyler. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They took before and after pictures so we could see everything.
