“Bad experience -My A/C stopped working on 4/28/2026 (2 days ago ) I called american a/c and joe g. From service call answered, he said he couldn't find my account, i send him the receipt still couldn't find it, i gave the address and thats when he said since i moved the warranty is not valid anymore but when i moved i called them and told them to come reinstall the AC and they said everything was fine. Also when i got it installed i told the person that i was planning on moving and he said no problem. Finally Scheduled someone to check my a/c the next day from 10am to 1pm.. i stayed home , didn't go to work, wait for them but no one showed up. I called them and they said they can come from 1pm to 3pm. They didn't notify me about the schedule /route change, at that point i had already lost my day at work.i told them to come at 4:30 pm. Peter did. checked my a/c , he gave me the quote to fix my a/c wich is to much considering i have warranty. But i still gave him a $200 deposit because i really need my AC working again. He said the office was going to call me the next day(Today) to set an appointment but they didn't. Its very hot and i have 3 daughters. Hopefully they can get in touch as soon as possible”
