Bryan David Robinson
HVAC Contractor · Brownsville, TX
About
Bryan David Robinson handles HVAC work from his base in Brownsville, Texas. He carries Texas license number 27474 for this trade, with records showing an expiration date of December 12, 2026, though the status appears as expired in official listings. Local homeowners contact him when air conditioning units fail during the brutal summer heat or when heating systems need attention in cooler months. The Rio Grande Valley weather puts constant demands on equipment, and his operation focuses on residential repairs and maintenance calls that keep homes comfortable through those extremes without unnecessary delays.
Customers reach out for typical HVAC fixes like unit troubleshooting and system checks, yet reports show mixed results in how the work gets handled. One person dealt with Roy on the phone and found the exchange rude from the start, though the tone shifted once a name was requested. Another noted that phone answers differed from what staff said during an in-person visit, creating confusion on next steps. A third arrived with paperwork ready only to hit a cutoff time that prevented service, while one case involved a judge stepping in to resolve a related matter in a helpful way.
Reviews point to repeated issues with communication and phone interactions that drag down the overall rating, including abrupt responses and mismatched information between calls and visits. Speed and consistency take hits when customers must rearrange schedules around limited hours or unclear instructions, and price feedback stays limited since many encounters end before full jobs complete. Quality gets occasional nods when matters reach a resolution, but the pattern of friction keeps the score low across the board. DIRT Score 2.27 from 50 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Just got off the phone with customer service (roy) specifically. I called to double to check i did not have a citation considering i got a message saying i did. He was rude off the bat and continued through out our two minute conversation. Once i asked for his name he began to speak politely.”
“So far I’ve had no problem in person. Only when I called over the phone they told me one thing first and when I went in person they told me something else. But other than that it’s been fine so far.”
“I work Monday through Friday and don’t get out until 3:15 I managed to get here at 3:30 and already had my application for the birth certificate filled out to make it easier for them. Their sign says no more sign-ins at 3pm when they close at 4:30 and there was only 2 people ahead of me. But still they couldn’t risk having to deal with one extra person. What a shame. They do nothing to help people. They can’t be bothered with even the slightest inconveniences. How is someone like me who works at the exact times they are open supposed to come in and get MY birth certificate for MY records ?? Even when I make every effort to get here from work in Harlingen, they can’t be the least bit sympathetic and help us get our documents. Stuff like this is exactly why that guy built that armored bulldozer and tore down those buildings. The damn place would be more useful as a parking lot. The city needs to re-evaluate how this place is run.”
“Great service!!!! The judge was very understanding and was very helpful when it came to my ticket.”
“They don't answer the phone Called and called to get some info that would've been helpful to get without having to go. Since they don't answer, I had to drive over there and lady was so negative from the very beginning. I will find out who runs this office and will find out why they are so under staffed that they can't answer the phone.”
