“Jordan is best in business, full stop. My family moved from out of state into our new rental in Phoenix only to discover that the AC was 23 years old, untested and not functional. In July. In Phoenix. On a holiday weekend. Thankfully, Everest sent their ringer in Jordan. From the second he walked in we knew we were in extremely capable hands. He explained everything in simple terms while also educating me in a super useful way. He didn’t sugarcoat the situation or over promise. Unfortunately his first line of attack didn’t resolve the issue, which was systemic and really nothing he could do. After exhausting our repair options, he personally drove out a portable unit to make sure my family was safe until the new unit could be installed after the holiday. Beyond above and beyond.
