“I typically refrain from reviewing services that fail to meet expectations. However, I contacted the climate control staff for assistance with my malfunctioning air conditioner. I notified the receptionists that I needed someone to inspect my unit and replenish the Freon, as it was not functioning properly during peak hours. She was exceptionally helpful and prompt in scheduling my appointment. Regrettably, I forgot the name of the gentleman who visited my home. He identified the issue as a low Freon level and offered to replenish it. I asked if he could provide any assistance, given my recent job loss and caregiving responsibilities for my senior citizen mother. Our home becomes extremely warm during peak hours. He declined, stating that he was required to charge for the Freon. He provided me with the name of the recommended Freon for my unit, and I paid the company $89.00 for the service call, which only confirmed what I already knew. It's worth noting that my home is only six years old. I was saddened by this experience. I normally never ask for help from anyone. I work hard to pay my bills. The day the Lord put it on my heart to ask for help, I get turned down and still pay them the service fee with unemployment check.”

The technician showed up, quickly assessed and fixed the issue within a short time! He knew exactly what he was doing and was super fast! Climate is just the best! We’ll be sleeping comfortably tonight!”

“I have been having trouble with my new air conditioner ever since it was installed on 3/1/22. It's wasn’t cooling and leaking water on 7/1/23. Climate control came out and charged me $206 to repair it. Even though I have a proposal/agreement for 2 yrs labor, 10 yrs parts warranty and 10 yrs comp. warranty. Climate Control said that it's normal wear and tear. They came out AGAIN 9/22/2023 for the same issue. I recently had another company come look at my A/C since I am STILL having the same issues not cooling and leaking water. They said it was an installation issue not equipment failure. I called Climate Control since they're the ones that installed it. They said that it's normal wear and tear. Water leakage is out of their control. They said it would $89 for the diagnostic test and a charge for labor. I shouldn't have to pay anything for them improperly installing my A/C. I STILL don't have A/C. I do NOT recommend them. They don't deserve one star!”
