“I have used Lopez Services for some quite some time now and they have never let me down. The other day, my HVAC fan went out so I called them in the morning to see if they were able to fix it. Luckily, they were able to check my unit the same day in the afternoon. Mr. Juan was able to get me fixed up in less than 2 hours. Very fast and efficient service. He was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. I wish nothing but the best for this family owned company.”

“🛑 STOP 🛑 🚨🚨🚨🚨 If you're reading this you are looking for a company to help with your heating/AC issue. Look no further. I'm not going to comment on the issues others have had with this company good, bad, or other... But instead let me tell you about the dealings I have had with them. I have never owned a house before. Unfortunately in 2020 my Father-in-law passed away and left us his house. My wife and I moved in and started trying to update and fix things. Unfortunately our AC was a huge issue. We called this company and Juan Jr came to the house. When he was doing his investigation he found that our AC coil was from 1969. He didn't even hesitate, he looked at me and said he wanted to replace the whole unit. NOT because he wanted more money, definitely NOT because he wanted to do less work, but because he wanted it completely done right and make us as comfy as possible. I took a huge breath and asked how much. I was expecting thousands, to my big surprise it wasn't sky high. When he finished he informed me the outside unit needed to be replaced. I'm here to tell you the air was amazing when he was done. Here we sit today in July of 2024. Guess what, the outside unit went out. We made the call to Mr. Lopez. Again we held our breath, but just like last time the price wasn't budget breaking. Now here's something that I was shocked about. They came after hours because of the heat wave Wichita is experiencing. It was 7pm, and they called to say they were on their way to replace the unit. They came out and were extremely polite and quick. They changed out the entire unit in under 2 hours. So in conclusion, Lopez Services may not be the biggest and most advertised company. HOWEVER, they are knowledgeable, polite, caring, helpful, thoughtful, professional, clean, efficient, and just an all around great family. I'm saying this because this is the experiences they've given me. This isn't just my opinion. So to you folks I say this, give them a call, let them help set your home up to be as comfortable as it can be. You won't be disappointed.”

“So I am a General Manager of a locally owned and operated Restaurant in Wichita Kansas and used Lopez Services to install a commercial Hood. I was not here when the install was done (as I was not hired yet) but as soon as I got there I noticed a few issues. The first issue was that the outside air was directly blowing on the chefs which means it's super hot during the summer and freezing during the winter. I hadn't ever experienced this in 15 years of working in kitchens so I thought it was odd. The second issue wast there were no issues with the hot water until I turned on the hood, it caused the water heater to burn out and had multiple plumbers fix it and it still would stop working so I bought a NEW water heater and then as soon as I turn the hood on the NEW water heater stopped working. Lopez tells the owner "it's fine this is normal, it happens to more than just you"..... This tells me one thing, Lopez has continuously installed incorrect hoods to multiple people and received multiple complaints about his services. I asked for a receipt and they could not provide one. I asked about the warranty (as they had just recently installed this hood) and they give the run around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you have residential needs then sure they MIGHT do it correctly but if you are a business make sure you do your due diligence and find out if this company can handle it because I assure you that they could not handle ours.”

“Very unprofessional. Changed out a hot water tank and left a huge mess all over the floor. Threw the large box into my trash can instead of taking it off himself. The bathroom faucet would not work after he finished and he took the faucet apart and handed me the parts and told me ace is across the street. Now water is shooting across the bathroom. The faucet worked just fine prior to the water tank getting changed. I do not recommended.”
