“AC went out on the hottest day of the year thus far, when I had spent the whole day out working on a construction project. Our tech Lukas arrived on time, was super friendly and knowledgeable, answered my questions, and put no undue pressure on me to replace rather than repair. After like 20 minutes my AC was back on. Will definitely work with these guys if I ever had an issue or need to fully replace.”

“Service technicians are competent, effective and efficient, great public relations for your company and it was a pleasure working with them after they finally made their way through the system and arrived at their appointment. However, making one's way through a complicated AI system to confirm an appointment, get specific information or actually find a Real Person is beyond frustrating. Currently I am seriously considering whether to activate an estimate into a contract after going through an astonishingly frustrating AI runaround this morning when at least 3 different "recorded voices" repeated my request ad nauseum and promised to find me a Real Person. It remains to be seen whether I will hear from that Real Person or whether I need to look for another contractor. You really need to think about what you are projecting to ordinary people just trying to get a simple repair/renovation job done in a modest private home. A request like this should not be an exercise in AI frustration. Generally, Americans aren't stupid people even though AI is, for some of us, not of the computer generation, frustrating beyond belief!”

“I almost forgot to get on and leave this amazing company and their employees a review. I couldn't be more pleased and completely amazed with the way I was treated by this company. I had my main drain line get plugged up, water was coming out my walls and up through the floors. We called on the Ball plumbing. The guy came out and was here for almost 6hrs. While he was here the sound after about 2hrs was horrible,it sounded like a truck was hitting my house over and over again. But he got it unplugged. 2 days later it was back to water coming out my walls and up through my floors. Called him back, he put a camera down and told me that there was some kind of seashell or lid stuck in my main drain and it was going to have to be dug up and cut to get it out. I didn't know what to do as he told me it was about a 11 thousand dollar fix. We called Magic Electric plumbing they came right out and within 2 seconds their plumber told me exactly what it was. My backflow lid. My mother in-law told me she'd borrow me the money to fix it. They got me scheduled for the next morning. Now these 3 amazing gentlemen came out to my home about 9am they had their backhoe and supplies ready to go and they were so respectful they asked permission to remove my solar lights and even made sure they didn't dig up my garden, even though it would have been easier for them to do their job. It was pouring rain like crazy out, but here were these 3 guys Ivaan, Kody and Tanner working like it was no big deal. They then informed me the plumber from on the Ball probably broke the flap after getting the snake stuck like I had thought. They were so freaking awesome and kind and respectful I couldn't even believe how awesome they truly were. After they were done they completely cleaned and cleared my yard from dirt or damage the very best they could, even put my solar lights back in their very same spots. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! THESE 3 GUYS Ivaan, Kody and Tanner made sure that I will always choose Magic Electric plumbing Every time I have a problem with electrical or plumbing or anything else they do for the Magic valley. Thank you guys so much for being amazing. Oh forgot to mention they only charged me $9,000 compared to on the Ball that quoted me $11,000. Two thousand dollars less.”

All were very professional, considerate and friendly and also took time to explain to me the processes of each of their jobs.
