“Dr Figueroa is nice but is pretty outdated in terms of medical care. Forces you to wait and have a consult any time you come in, even if it’s just for a vaccine. The front desk staff has no idea what they are doing, they don’t keep track of copays made or owed and don’t call to let you know ahead of time that your appointment was cancelled. Medical care is subpar and minimizing until your child is more seriously ill and needs to go to a hospital.”
