“Today on May 14, 2025, we had Joseph come out to do some annual maintenance on our AC system. In my opinion, he was pretty negative throughout the visit, and he was trying far too hard to have us enter into a long-term service agreement for our system, which seems completely unnecessary. Then about eight hours after he left, our AC system shut down, which certainly seemed directly related to the service Joseph performed earlier the same day. We don't expect the problems to occur immediately after the system is serviced. It sort of makes me wonder what he was doing while here. We've used Snyder a bunch of times in the past, and I can't help but think it just depends on whether one gets a good technician or not. It just seems like it's the luck of the draw, as we had another bad technician in the past.”
