The tech arrived exactly at the time expected and started work right away in removing my 18 year old system. Two other techs from the company arrived a couple of hours later bringing the new unit. All three techs worked the entire afternoon. Their workmanship, knowledge of the product and their desire to keep me happy could not be higher. Unfortunately, the first unit installed had a manufacturing defect causing them to have to replace the outside unit (no fault of their own). When the part was not available locally, they sent one of their techs to Corpus Christi to pick it up. By the next afternoon, the unit was working perfectly! At no time did I ever feel that the employees of this company were in any way backing away from the problem. I actually think they were more upset over the installation issue than I was!
