“After installing a new high efficiency HVAC system, the metal ducting started to have water condensing and dripping on the ceiling. The result was a significant amount of water damage and staining around the air registers as well as other areas on the ceiling. Two weeks of calling and requesting to speak to someone (I was told the information would be passed to Rusty) resulted in a chance phone conversation with Colton. Who, after speaking with someone (i assume Rusty) and calling me back, informed me they were not willing to fix the issue. I still have yet to speak to Rusty. I regret using this company and do not recommend them. Find another HVAC provider.”
