“On a day when the temperature nearly reached 100, my A/C failed. The first company reached (a large company) came out to give me an estimate of $5,000 - $6000. Afterwards, I contacted Brazos Valley Precision Heating & Air, a family owned business. He came out and gave me an estimate of $2,000 + tax. He came out in the middle of a rain storm and installed a new 3 ton evaporator coil and recharged system. What a savings! They will always be my go to business, should my hvac system ever fail again!! P.S. There was absolutely no cleanup for me to do afterwards.”
