“So. From the way I understand it. A micro cassette recorder would not be considered an electronic device because is has no means of external communication. Its also legal to tape record someone without their permission in Texas. The kids can still tell on you. Also, preventing a childs comminucation with its parents or law enforcement is the first stage of proving illegal restraint in a kidknapping attempt. Take my kids tape recorder away. I dare you.”

“In my experiences dealing with the BISD, it is so much injustice, especially with the faculty. It is as if parents and students do not have any rights at times. They are partial. If your student happens to get in trouble, there may not be justice for him or her. The system is so corrupt and laxed, especially dealing with tougher circumstances. Why deal with children, if you do not like them or you do not have the patients for them. The faculty prefer the easy way out. It is stupid to work with children when you have no patients and no tolerance for them. You prefer to suspend them or kick them out. Those are stupid decsions. The adminstration thinks that just because they are in authority, they think they can bully the children. Parents please stand up for your children. Even if there is one or two, we can make a difference.”
