About

J G Innovative Services Inc handles HVAC work from their base in Bryan, Texas. Homeowners around here deal with long stretches of heat that put heavy demands on cooling equipment, along with occasional cold snaps that test heating setups. The company focuses on residential air conditioning and heating systems, taking calls for both new installs and repairs when units break down. They operate in a region where reliable AC matters for daily comfort, especially when families or pets rely on steady indoor temperatures through the summer months. Work stays grounded in practical fixes rather than extras that drive up costs.

The crew tackles jobs like mini split units in garages, capacitor replacements that fail without warning, and full system installs that later need attention. One tech named Bonner diagnosed an AC problem fast and stayed a few extra minutes to answer questions after getting the unit cooling again in thirty minutes. Another visit fixed a capacitor the day after a pre-purchase inspection flagged an issue, keeping a house closing on track. Calls for garage mini splits get handled with clear explanations and no push for unneeded work. Response times can reach twenty-four hours, though some repairs after a new system install four years earlier came without warranty coverage or discounts, including a thirty-six dollar vacuum charge.

Customers keep noting quick arrivals that get systems running again without delays, along with techs who spot problems right away and explain options plainly. Speed shows up in next-day service and short on-site visits, while quality holds when AC stays cool afterward. Prices come across as fair with no added pressure during the visit. Communication works well when crews answer questions before leaving. A few point out that newer installs can still fail early without full warranty backing. DIRT Score 3.36 from 19 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Nice enough guys, pretty swift response time (24 hours in May 2025). A little disappointed we had a failure within 4 years of a whole new system they installed and our repair wasn’t covered or even discount under their warranty. No warranty offered for the new repair either. $36 vacuum charge $60 brazing charge $142 for 1.5 hours labor $375 for 5 pounds of R-410A.

We could not be more pleased with the service we had on a mini split unit in our garage. Knowledgeable, prompt, affordable and personable. They will definitely be my go to in the future. Just good old fashioned service and no high pressure.

Fantastic and speedy tech! We put in a call and they came out knew the issue pretty quickly was out in 30min AC is cooling not missing a beat. We were concerned to not have it go over the weekend since we have pugs in our home. Bonner our tech even stayed a few minutes to answer any questions. Great service!

They have done great work for us. Before we bought our house, the inspection found a problem with the AC. They came out and fixed it promptly so we could keep everything on track with our closing. The capacitor recently went out, and they were out the next day and got it fixed without any problems. The folks that work there are very nice and courteous as well.

Their techs have been super helpful and very respectful. Quick turnaround time very willing to help and explain what the issues are. It has taken several visits through the year to get the AC units to function properly but it is new construction so totally understandable. The person claiming to be the owner and who answers the phone is very rude and lacks customer service skills. The power company was requesting evidence the company had worked on our system to adjust our rate class. When it was requested he said he would mail it. Since the power company needed it asap (otherwise we would keep being charged at a higher rate) I asked him if he could email it, he said they did not email. So I asked if he could take a picture of it and text it to me so I could get it to the power company asap. He said he could not. So I drove 40 miles to go pick it up personally. When I got there he gave me a copy where you could not even read the hand-writting because it was a carbon copy. I was upset and took a picture with my cell phone of the original invoice . When asked if I could talk to the owner because the lack of customer service he went irate and said he was the owner. Well I guess he was either having a bad day or has no clue how to help customers. When you help customers they keep coming back and giving you work.
