“A friend recommended Gallegos, and I am grateful they did. When my A/C stopped working, Jose responded promptly. I was unsure whether the issue was with the thermostat or something else. Jose thoroughly inspected the system and identified a factory defect that had caused the unit to lose freon. He also confirmed that my system was still under warranty. Jose explained the issue clearly, ordered the necessary part, and assured me he would return as soon as it arrived. He did not accept payment for the service call, stating he would collect payment once the unit was fully operational. The next day, Jose called to let me know the part had arrived and scheduled the repair. He was genuinely kind, thoughtful, and professional throughout the process. I was very impressed with his honesty and work ethic. It is refreshing to encounter someone with such integrity.”

“Jose is very professional and thorough. He came and checked out my unit last summer and topped it off with coolant and thought it had a slow leak. “Gallegos came out and diagnosed the issue with out unit. We have one of the DYI Mr. COOL units. He helped me figure out what parts I needed to order. The Mr. Cool unit required me to do the ordering. He came back and installed the parts and filled the unit with refrigerant. He showed up!! ( We called multiple companies and he was the only one that showed up!)Then showed up on time!! Was pleasant to work with and did an amazing job. He didn't try to fix things that didn't need to be fixed. I will definitely use them in the future if I need someone. I'm so very thankful he came out and got us up and running again.”
