About

Ram Repair Service handles HVAC work throughout Bryan, Texas, focusing on heating, cooling, and air quality needs for homes and businesses in the area. The company draws on more than twenty-five years of experience serving this historic city and surrounding Brazos County communities. They operate from a base near College Station and cover a range of residential properties along with commercial sites in both older downtown districts and newer suburban neighborhoods. Bryan’s climate brings hot summers and occasional cold snaps that put steady demands on local systems, and the team responds with same-day service options plus maintenance plans that help owners avoid bigger breakdowns during peak seasons. Financing choices are also available to make larger installations more manageable for property owners.

Technicians handle furnace repairs, air conditioner installations, mini-split setups, heat pump maintenance, and geothermal work along with mobile home units and commercial air quality improvements. Customers have noted solid outcomes on these jobs, such as Spossey stepping in to sort out a tricky service call and making the homeowner feel the work was handled fairly without unnecessary upsells. Alex and Tonya moved quickly on a no-appointment issue that turned into a warranty-covered fix with a temporary unit provided so the customer could keep their schedule. Prentice Parrish mentioned smoother handoffs after recent staffing changes, including rides arranged when dropping off equipment for longer repairs. Monty Davis pointed out that service itself met expectations even when wait times stretched on busy days.

Work quality and communication stand out in feedback, with owners repeatedly saying the crew shows up prepared, explains options clearly, and finishes without dragging out the timeline. These patterns hold across hundreds of jobs in Bryan, where weather extremes and mixed building ages create varied repair calls. The result is steady repeat business from both long-time residents and new arrivals who need reliable heating and cooling support. DIRT Score 4.2 from 202 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

They no longer take appointments for oil change. You have to wait and the wait can be long. Service was good. I bought the service package when I bought my Ram truck. Not sure I would do that again because of service wait times, this time it was 2 Hrs. I could get the oil change at many oil change shops in less than 30 minutes. Service advisor was very nice but nothing he can do about the wait times.

I'm very pleased with the recent changes that have taken place in the Service Department. A new Service Manager, and a new crop of Service Employees dedicated to effectively and efficiently getting the job done has done wonders. Dropping my vehicle off and getting a ride back-home, and them picking me up when the car is ready is a game-changer. I'm liking the new service mentality so far.

Spossey provided excellent customer service today. He really helped a Grandma out & made me feel like I wasn't being had. Very professional. Spossey keep up the great job. I hope mgmt realizes what an asset he is to the team Go Team Spossey.

I arrived Without an appointment because of an oil light that appeared in my dash As I was heading out of town. Alex immediately had a technician take a look and when the problem wasn’t apparent, she and Tonya quickly determined since it was under warranty I was eligible to receive a rental loaner so that I could be back on the road for my trip. Tonya proactively extended the rental when the vehicle wasn’t done the morning it was set to expire. When my vehicle was ready, David was great help in setting up a ride back from the rental car company to pick up my vehicle. Great job team!

Terrible experience. Took my car in two times to get an oil change in a week first time didn’t have the oil filter. The other time they said it would be 3 hours because they only had one lube tech. Dropped it off all day on Monday to get an oil change and a new key fob. I come back at 5 to pick my car up (when they said it would be ready) wait 45 minutes just to be told my car wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow morning. I will be taking my care somewhere else to get serviced from now on. This is the first review I have ever wrote, but that shows how mad this place made me.
