EXCEL ROOFING AND RESTORATION CORP.

Excel Roofing And Restoration Corp runs its HVAC operations from Bryant, Texas and focuses on keeping homes comfortable in a region known for intense summer heat and sudden weather shifts. The company handles heating and cooling work for local properties where high humidity and long hot stretches put extra strain on equipment. Homeowners here often face systems that break down faster due to constant use and dust buildup from nearby roads and fields. They bring straightforward experience dealing with these conditions without overcomplicating the process or pushing unneeded work on customers who just want reliable results.

Technicians handle full system installations along with repairs on compressors, fans, and ductwork that commonly fail in Texas homes. They start each job with a walk-through inspection to spot issues like weak airflow or thermostat problems, then lay out the fix in clear steps before starting. Maintenance visits target seasonal tune-ups to catch clogs or worn parts before the worst heat hits. Work stays practical for the area, whether replacing an aging unit or restoring cooling after a power surge knocks things out during peak summer months.

Homeowners note the crew shows up on time and finishes without dragging jobs out longer than needed. Praise centers on solid quality that lasts through multiple seasons, straightforward pricing with no hidden fees, and direct updates that keep everyone informed from start to finish. Speed stands out when an air conditioner quits during a July stretch, and the results hold up without repeat calls. DIRT Score 4.87 from 113 reviews on Finds.

“Trevor and DJ were easy to work with. Good, honest guys! The roofing crew got my roof replaced in one day! (My roof has 7 pitches so there is a higher degree of difficulty) They did an excellent job! Painters were excellent! The flooring crew are scheduled to come out next week. Can't wait to see the finished result! Would highly recommend Excel to anybody!”

“Zack Ide and his team are fantastic! I had ice dam build up on my roof over the flashing around the chimney creating a leak inside the house. Zack's team responded immediately when I asked for an estimate, and they got the roof repaired as well as the interior of the house very quickly at a reasonable price. I would use him/them again in a heart beat.”

“Trent was very easy to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and flexible with his time, which made it that much easier to work around not only our schedules, but the insurance adjuster as well. The roofers did such an amazing job... started busting tail at the a$$ crack of dawn and didn't stop until they finished the job! The roof looks amazing and the cleanup was spot on! My husband and I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with their work ethic and abilities! 10/10!!! We would definitely recommend Excel Roofing and Restoration Corp. to anyone and everyone looking to update the outside of their home/business! Thanks again to Trent and his team! The Binnall Family”

“I highly recommend Excel Roofing and Restoration. They inspected my roof and thoroughly explained what I needed done. Their workers showed up and worked very hard to get the job complete. Not only did my new shingles look great, they also cleaned up everything extremely well. They really did an amazing job! George and Zack were more than willing to answer any questions I had regarding my shingle replacement and trust me I had a lot of questions. Seth came by several times to inspect the work and answered my questions as well. They’re a great team. I shopped around and I’m so happy I chose Excel! They’re the best!”

“At dusk, Trevor Mittelstodt knocked on our door offering to inspect our roof at no cost and at the same time would remove leaves and debris. He was professional, cordial, polite, reassuring, and committed to his work in below freezing temperatures. He knocked afterwards and showed before and after photos and reported that our roof was in good shape. My husband and I were so pleased to receive such high quality service at no cost to us, which is rare these days, and to get those leaves out of the seams of the roof! We will call Excel Roofing in the future when we have roof issues because of Trevor’s work and professionalism today.”

“Quality workmanship. The owners are great people. I would advise anyone to use Excel Roofing and Restoration for any building project.”

“I don't post written reviews often, but I am happy to for Excel. The roof and gutters look great; and they went out of their way for some things, including repairing some mistakes from a previous roofer so the new roof would be the best it can be (and to code). Everyone was courteous and professional, and Trevor was awesome coordinating everything and answered & helped with any questions I had every step of the way. I really appreciated Trevor coming back to the house after his initial inspection, so he could inspect and speak with the insurance adjuster. That really helped with the paperwork. I highly recommend Excel. I felt lucky that they were the company doing the job. Side note: One little thing I really appreciated was that they listened to music with their earphones instead of a bl”
