“After nearly a month of attempting to contact this company, we have decided to write this review. We have a home warranty in place to avoid the stress and high costs associated with unexpected repairs and replacements. That being said: -All this starts in March 2026 waiting and waiting ... However, we encountered several issues with this company. -Initially, the company (MR. Gordon) dispatched by American Home Shield ordered/ installed incorrect parts. Specifically, they sold and installed an evaporator coil that is the wrong size for the unit. Furthermore, the newly installed coil is severely dented and beats up . -As a result, I am required to purchase a new evaporator coil, which will cost me another $2,030.(again twice ) ($4,060 plus additional expenses) -Additionally, the unit experi”

“Contractor made a judgement call with our home warranty service that required a second opinion. Blake had misplaced a cap, removed cooling fins from the coil, and left the unit partially disassembled. When the next contactor showed up to deliver a second opinion the missing parts and damage to the cooling fins of the coil, resulted in a determination that the corroded parts including the condenser unit built in 1980's had failed due to unnatural wear and tear. Take caution to inspect your units after it is reported that worry has concluded. They were contracted out by American home shield so maybe the over priced tag is unwarranted. I'll remove it. I am however attaching a video that clearly shows no fastener was in the unit when the leak was occurring which also shows the fins were in ta”

“Blake was very friendly and knowledgable. Found the issue in a matter of seconds. The coils were dirty so he cleaned them with a water hose. Took about 5 min, and i felt like a moron for not checking them. Paid with home warranty so i am not sure of the cost, but was able to make an appt over the weekend through warranty company and Blake was out in 2 days to resolve the issue in a matter of seconds. Thank you Jet Air for the expedient, honest, and wonderful service!”

Hunter was prompt and very professional from the day he showed up to assess our issue and later on his return trip to repair our system. *4/24/26 Update* Hunter came out on a return call for our AC and quickly diagnosed the problem related to the previous repair. Gordon and Hunter are Ace professionals in their area of expertise! We feel very comfortable with the information, explanations and recommendations they give us. “I was sent to Jet Heat And Air through our warranty company. I made the request Sunday. By Wednesday afternoon, I still did not receive any contact from this company. My HVAC is leaking inside my home. I called them. The voice message says if this is for warranty hang up and a tech will contact you in 24 hours. On Wednesday I left a voicemail for a manager. Still no call back. Between the home warranty company and Jet Heat And Air I will probably have to replace my floor because no one will respond to fix this leak.”
