McGhee HVAC

McGhee HVAC runs as a family owned business right in Bryant, TX. They concentrate on heating and air conditioning for both houses and commercial buildings in the region. The outfit provides straightforward service with clear pricing from the start and puts emphasis on getting the workmanship right the first time. Homeowners and business owners in Bryant turn to them for reliable HVAC support that matches what the local weather throws at the systems. In Texas the summers hit hard so keeping air conditioners in top shape matters a lot to avoid uncomfortable indoor conditions during peak heat.

McGhee HVAC handles repairs on units that quit cooling when the temperature spikes, full installations of new heating and cooling systems in homes and shops, and routine maintenance visits that catch worn parts before they cause breakdowns. The crew works on both residential and commercial jobs across the area and keeps customers informed with direct talk about the problem and the cost to fix it. They focus on getting equipment back online fast while dealing with the humidity and dust that build up in local systems over time.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up through the seasons without constant callbacks, the prices stay fair with no surprise charges, and the crew explains options in plain terms so decisions make sense. Speed on service calls and solid results on installs and fixes stand out as the main reasons for the solid rating. DIRT Score 4.3 from 19 reviews on Finds.

“Absolutely hands down the best HVAC company in central Arkansas. Nick was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.”

“We had a great experience and will definitely be a return customer. Super quick service and good communication. Very reasonably priced.”

“Nick with McGhee AC repair was amazing. My ac went out one afternoon and he came the next morning and replaced the capacitor. He was so nice and friendly and reasonably priced. I was shocked and grateful to get it running again so quickly for the price. I will definitely use him in the future and you should too.”

“Came out and fixed my problem in a timely manner. Checked everything out and added freon. My a/c is now working great!”

“I would like to share my experience with McGhee HVAC. Nick was very professional and quick to respond to my situation. He was prompt, honest, reliable, and affordable. The communication with him throughout the entire process was great. He kept me updated and sent me videos and pictures (since I was unable to be at the home with him) I made the mistake of calling a nationwide commercial HVAC company first, I did not appreciate their customer service, the miscommunication from one person to the next and their bait and switch tactic. They told me I needed to replace my entire system. I called McGhee HVAC to get a second opinion. Nick was able to diagnose the actual problem and fix it, he literally saved me thousands of dollars! I am so grateful for him. I also asked him to check the filters,”

“We had scheduled McGhee HVAC for spring maintenance for April 3rd. When we turned on our air unit on March 28th, it would not cool. Nick McGhee worked us into his busy schedule and came out on March 29th. He quickly identified the issue, repaired it and did the spring maintenance. Nick is professional, reliable, clearly explains issue and what is required, and offers fair pricing. We are extremely pleased with McGhee HVAC and will rely on them for future HVAC needs.”

“Fast and dependable! Nick came out to repair my air unit after 3 hours of calling. He was trust worthy and let himself into the house to service the unit. He communicated throughout the entire process and the price was affordable! Will most definitely be our HVAC technician from now on! Thank you Nick!”

“I had Nick out to look at my HVAC. He helped me so much and even was able to go by another property while he was there and pump more Freon on it. I would highly recommend him and was very satisfied with his services. 5 stars!”
