“Placed a call on a holiday weekend. Got a call that a technician was on the way first thing on Monday morning. Greg arrived, serviced our geothermal unit professionally and quickly. Very satisfied with Middleton and the work performed.”

“Middleton price gouges. Use another company. The tech, William Brown, was highly skilled, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job. The faulty parts replaced were a condenser and a contactor. Both very low price parts, we’re talking $20 or less each. Middleton tries to gouge and told me that each part was ~$250, making the total bill for the repair over $600. I told him to go ahead and pull the parts off, bc we both know that is ridiculous. He was able to drop the total down from over $600 to $300 something after I refused to be taken advantage of. My mom had her capacitor replaced by Stevenson Heat & Air the following day for $81.22 total, parts and labor. That’s less than Middleton’s $89 service fee just to show up at your house. Middleton has lost my business”

“I thought Dexter provided very good service. He was prompt and listened to my concerns. His recommendations were a little troubling however.. Some Dust had accumulated on the blower and one fix including an air purifier was almost $1100. The other was200 dollars plus. What was fuzzy to me was to what extent would this enhance and protect my system. The other was if I pay 200 and sixteen dollars annually why do I have a dust problem of any consequence to begin with.”

“I can't speak to the quality of their service but I can speak about the unreliability of their word. Nathan said he would be on-site to assess my AC late on Saturday evening. Relying on his word, I didn't call another service but should have. I'm writing this review at 3:13 am because it's too hot in my house to sleep. I won't be calling Middleton again.”

“We had our system fail as soon as we moved into a new home. We reached out to several HVAC professionals and decided to put off replacing our old heat pump system as long as possible. We survived one frigid winter and then decided to try Middleton. We had worked with 4-5 other hvac companies but the courtesy and attention to detail of Middleton really stuck out. They explained everything about our old system. Blake helped us figure out which system we needed to not repeat the mistakes of the previous owners of the home. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us a very competitive quote. They installers were phenomenal. The got it all done efficiently and effectively. When there were minor issues Tim and Dexter came out and got everything working correctly and answered all our question”

“Middleton Heat and Air has been my HVAC service for years. About 6 months ago my AC stopped working. Middleton found the compressor had failed. Parts were still under warranty, so the compressor was replaced. My cost was for labor and refrigerant. In May, the compressor failed again. The manufacturer refused to cover it as the unit was now beyond warranty even though the compressor was only 6 months old. Middleton stuck with Chuck's motto - "I'll take care of that". Middleton replaced the compressor at no charge to me. That's doing the right thing no matter what it costs.”
