We thought a simple capacitor change would fix the issue. NOPE. Contacted Modern Degree and they came out Monday. They gave great time frames and communication with when they would show up, and even came before my original scheduled time with permission. When the fix was not what was originally expected, the technician contacted Heath, the owner to come and explain the issue to us. We appreciated the honest assessment.
