“I called Rising Sun Air and spoke with Pam, who set up the appointment. Brandon came by to look at my old ac. He took videos and showed me what the problems were. He was honest and knowledgable. It ends up my old ac was in need of replacement. Early this week, Adrian showed up on time and got started right away. Joseph soon joined. They were fast, friendly, and very careful when taking down the old and bringing up the new ac. I will never use another company. Every step from the call with Pam to the final install made me feel cared for and secure-no one trying to upsell or pull a fast one. I recommend Rising Sun Air without hesitation for any of your heating or cooling needs!! I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Il”
