I called on a Thursday and by Saturday my new system was up and running. Very reasonably priced and excellent service. His team is courteous and thorough and I highly recommend them. “After scheduled service call to replace my AC unit last Thursday. Everything was fine. Unexpectedly yesterday afternoon my AC was not cooling. Place in a call first thing this morning and they had a technician (Jerry) at my place by 10:00. With the current level of heat, I know they must be inundated with service calls, and yet I was placed as a high priority. The leak in the refrigerant line was repaired quickly and at no cost. Jerry was also the technician last week and quickly identified the issue and resolved it at no cost other than what I had paid at the time of installation of the new unit. I called this business on May 6, 2026 when I drove past their location and had to swerve to avoid hitting a turtle leaving their driveway into the very busy through road. Traffic in the area was busy and moving quickly, so I had to guess at its location after the fact and call the business I thought was closest. Someone immediately called me back and surprised me by not laughing when I told them "I'm calling because I think there's a turtle that's about to exit your driveway and get run over." The person stayed on the phone then I heard the sound of cars whizzing past as he went outside to grab the turtle and scoop it up out of the road, willing it (aloud) not to bite him in the process.
