“I was scheduled to have my AC unit serviced on 7/7. Once the technician arrived I was informed that the annual renewal fee only covered one unit. Well, on 7/5 my annual fee was drafted from my credit card, and after I called the office the customer service rep. Stated that the previous draft was my annual renewal fee that covered 2 maintence visits. While the technician was still at my home I called the office to speak with a manager. However I have yet to speak with someone that could clearly explain why I was charged an annual fee, then was told that I would be charged an additional fee. This is very unprofessinal as I have been a customer of McGowans for years not to mention that its been less than 2 years since I purchased a new unit. Needless to say that my unit was NOT serviced. Although the technician was very professional the customer is horrible. Lastly Its not about the reimbursment of my annual fee but the poor customer service that was rendered. DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER”

Friendly technician went above and beyond by even cleaning out the drain line which he noticed was close to being clogged up, which could’ve caused even more problems.
