“This is by far one of the best AC companies I’ve ever used not only did I not have to wait all week to get an appointment they where able to get me in the schedule for next day. On the day of service my tech Jacob was early which freed my day up and was extremely knowledgeable. I was expecting to have to pay a crazy amount just to have them look at system but instead it was extremely affordable and they have a fantastic maintenance plan. “Our salon’s AC stopped working on a busy Friday, which is every salon owner’s nightmare. We called several companies and most either didn’t service commercial buildings or couldn’t come until the following week. ProCure Heating & Air was busy too, but said they would try to send someone as soon as possible. A few hours later Jacob arrived. He was very polite, respectful of our salon environment, and made sure not to create too much noise for our guests. He was communicative, informative, and quickly got our AC up and running again. “Do not recommend. They did the wiring in the incorrect order so it was over or under voltage when the heat was turned on, burning up the brand new motor. This mistake could have been fixed and made right, but instead I was told a 15k full replacement was my only affordable option. I'm so glad I got another opinion. They did give me a refund at least for their faulty repairs, but owning up and fixing it would have been better.”
