West Coast Chief Repair Inc

West Coast Chief Repair Inc operates out of Burbank, TX as a straight HVAC outfit handling the full range of heating and cooling needs for local homes. They focus on heat pump work along with furnace repairs and air conditioner installs, drawing from the kind of day to day calls that come up in Texas neighborhoods. The crew stays ready for everything from basic system checks to full replacements when units give out during peak seasons. Homeowners in the area deal with equipment that runs hard through long stretches of heat, and this company steps in with the tools and know how to keep things running without extra layers of hassle.

They take on specific jobs like fixing heat pumps that fail to switch modes properly, servicing packaged and split systems, and getting new gas furnaces installed when old ones quit turning on or cycle on and off without warning. Technicians handle filter changes, humidifier tweaks, and cost estimates for repairs on units that stop altogether. In Burbank the work often involves checking system ratings and addressing starts and stops on furnaces during cooler months, plus cooling season tune ups to prevent breakdowns when temperatures climb. The process stays direct with site visits that identify the exact issue, parts swaps where needed, and clear explanations of what the fix involves before any work begins.

Customers in this trade keep coming back because the outfit moves fast on emergency calls, delivers solid fixes that hold up, and keeps prices in line with what the job actually requires without padding the bill. Communication stays clear from the first call through completion so homeowners know the timeline and costs upfront. That approach builds steady results across hundreds of jobs dealing with the same weather driven wear and tear that hits HVAC gear in Texas. DIRT Score 4.73 from 886 reviews on Finds.

“My clothes dryer wasn't producing any heat. I spoke with Regina in their office and she scheduled my appointment efficiently and around my schedule. Tony was the technician who came to repair the dryer. He was a real pro and had the machine apart and diagnosed within a few minutes. The whole repair took less than an hour and I am very happy that my dryer is working again. West Coast Chief Repair is reasonably priced and their techs are well trained and professional. I recommend them highly.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful experience with both Mae and Maxim. Mae the office manager was in constant contact with the two AC installations. She was extremely helpful and was calling with updates and follow ups. It made the experience go very smoothly. The installer Maxim was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. He did an amazing job installing 2 through the wall AC units with no chips at all to the wall both inside and outside. Considering the house is over 100 years old he did an incredible job. I highly recommend this company for their professional and caring customer service.”

“West Coast Chief Repair delivered exceptional service from start to finish. Regina set the tone from the very first call — friendly, efficient, and genuinely attentive. She even followed up afterward to make sure my dishwasher was still running well. Andrew, the technician, was equally impressive: professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I haven’t experienced customer service this good in a long time. I’d give them more than five stars if I could.”

“I’ve been using West Coast Chief Repair for repairs and new appliances for rentals and for my home. They have never disappointed me. All of their staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Most recently, Regina was super helpful in getting a replacement refrigerator delivered quickly for tenants who had just had a baby and needed a new fridge right away! I highly recommend them both on price and service.”

“Highly recommend this service! Technician Vance installed my new wall AC today and did an outstanding job. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the process. I especially appreciated that he left the workspace spotless and cleaned up all the mess afterward. Thank you, Vance, for the top-notch service.”
