“Saw him about a year and a half ago. I have Crohn’s disease but also some potential flare ups r/t rheumatology. He seems smart and knowledgeable but I clearly stated I wanted him and my GI doctor to work together before altering any medications. Dr. Wells altered my humira schedule without ever communicating with my GI doctor and made it more work for me with phone calls, voicemails, etc to switch it back to what I was comfortable with at the time”

“Dr Wells assistance Brittany is amazing but those two nasty mean receptionists have to go!!!! They never answer the phone and when they do they are quick to snap your head off!!! Like your bothering them. They never smile or say good morning or have a nice day. No personality at all!!!! I have never met anyone so mean and rude. Especially when someone is sick like myself. I don’t deserve to be treated this was and no should anyone else. You can’t even ask a question without her biting your head off.”

“Some of the staff are nice, and they are welcoming. But they are reckless. Instead of billing my insurance for full coverage, they sent my bill to a collection agency under the name of "Dendel". My name is Daniel. The doctor was running behind and only had time to introduce himself to me and send me to the blood lab. Understandable at the time, It could have been a bad day at the office and they needed to catch up. The blood test nurse was a new nurse who didn't seem to have been told exactly what to do. She did her best and meant well but she tore up my vein and the tissue around it pretty bad. The area around my vein was greenish purple and swollen for a couple weeks. I took pictures in case of infection, but the swelling went down eventually. There is still a small bump on my arm months after the appointment.”
