Ortiz Heating & Air Conditioning Inc

Ortiz Heating & Air Conditioning Inc works from Burlingame, Texas, and centers its efforts on HVAC systems for both houses and commercial buildings in the area. The company handles the demands of local weather that brings long stretches of intense heat along with occasional cold snaps that require reliable heating. Residents here face frequent strain on their equipment from high temperatures and humidity that can lead to breakdowns in older units or overloaded systems during peak months. This focus keeps them busy with the practical side of maintaining comfort indoors without unnecessary extras or delays in response.

In practice the team installs complete new HVAC setups in residential properties and commercial spaces while also performing repairs on units that stop cooling properly or develop issues with airflow and thermostats. Common jobs involve replacing compressors that fail under summer loads or fixing ductwork that leaks in older homes around Burlingame. They address problems like weak heating during winter fronts by checking and servicing furnaces directly on site. Homeowners often call when systems run constantly without results or when strange noises start from the outdoor equipment and the crew works through diagnostics to restore function without dragging out the process.

Customers note reliable arrival times for urgent calls during heat waves and repairs that hold up without repeat visits. They mention clear updates on costs and options along with work that matches the quoted price closely. Quality shows in systems that run steadily afterward and communication stays straightforward on what parts need attention. These points add up across the feedback received. “Ortiz Heating replaced our home gas furnace and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They mounted the new unit hanging, which freed up valuable floor space — a huge plus. Pricing was very reasonable, the crew was professional, and the workmanship was top-notch. They also supported us through the inspection process without a hitch. If you need HVAC work done right at a fair price, call these guys.”

“I'm really grateful for Alex Ortiz and his team. They did a wonderful job on my house and were very clear with every step of the process. The crew was incredibly considerate of my home space and my needs. By the end of the project, everything came together as planned, and we're so happy that we chose Ortiz Heating. Furthermore, I had consulted with two other HVAC companies, and they told me my old Victorian couldn't possibly have central heating. But Alex had the vision and ability to say YES. And it worked out better than we could have imagined! Thank you so much!”

“Amazing service from Alex Ortiz’s team! Great communication, fast and on time service, great workers and very thorough on investigating issues of our AC/HVAC unit, floor plan, air vents, air flow, roof and underground system. They explained everything what exactly the issues were, and how to better resolve it next time. They’re able to install a brand new AC/heater unit for our medical site. Our staff and patients are very grateful for their help, experience and great service! Their expertise and analysis really helped persuade our landlord to get us the new unit. We are very grateful for that.”

“Alex, the owner of Ortiz Heating, provided excellent, fair estimate for installing a heat pump system to replace our old gravity heater. I needed to make this change urgently in order to make our home safe for my granddaughter to return to after Bone Marrow Transplant to battle Leukemia. Alex helped me decide how many units I needed inside (2) and how best to mount the cooling unit (on the roof). Wonderful for me was that Ortiz Heating's service included all the electrical work and roof sealing needed. I did not need to secure other contractors as was the case with other HVAC contractors. His crew did the work just as scheduled. We're neat, efficient and friendly. And the system is heating our space beautifully. The heat travels all the way through the house just as I had hoped. It was all finished and inspected according to the timeline I needed. I highly recommend Ortiz Heating and Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again to replace our 2nd gravity heater in the lower flat.”

“As a design-build estimator, I’ve worked with various HVAC subs, and Alex Ortiz is in a league of his own. Whether it’s high-end residential or complex commercial work, his ability to provide accurate conceptual budgets, and actually stick to them is rare. Alex understands value engineering without compromising design intent. Professional crews, clean execution, and seamless inspections every time. Ortiz Heating and Air is my first call for quality and budget integrity.”
