“Issac with Clarkson and Company was fantastic. He gave me outstanding advice about my current A/C unit and walked me through my options for repair and replacement. Our A/C unit kept freezing over and couldn’t keep up with the cooling demands of our home. Family gatherings turned into sweaty, uncomfortable evenings. We had our regular A/C repair company out three different times, but the problem still wasn’t resolved. Out of frustration, we reached out to Clarkson and Company and spoke with Issac Porterfield. He took the time to explain what was actually happening with our system and gave us the knowledge we needed to communicate the real issue to the repair technicians. By the next service visit, we were prepared, informed, and finally able to get our A/C repaired.
