“Pride's representative made an appointment the day after I called and Rod was on the spot, viewed what roof damage I had and sat down with me. There is no pressure or push from him. He was up front with all the information and even great suggestions. After scheduling the roof to be replaced, he kept me informed of any changes or delays. The roofing crew was fantastic in all ways. They showed up, laid down tarps, removed the damaged shingles, laid new underliers, shingles and cleaned up. I did not even know they left. I very much appreciated that when Crew Porter showed up he had actually read the report and was prepared to not only get to work, but also to answer all the code questions I had regarding the report.
