“Run as fast as you can and avoid this (Chapman AC HVAC in Liberty,Tx.) watch for name changes after customer complaints. Our home builder fired Chapman after screwing up so many HVAC systems. Owner WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Called out another local HVAC company that came and fixed all of Chapman AC mistakes and believe me there were many. Everything has been documented, recorded and photos of poor craftsmanship/install work. Lots of shortcuts. One star is too high for this company.”

“They show up with no warning and don't seem like they care one way or another if they fix the problem. They showed up once when I was home, by accident, and two other times they showed up without warning and called me to let me know they were here, and I wasn't even in town. Called to try and reschedule, left message and haven't heard back: that was two weeks ago. I'll take my business elsewhere.”
